- Assessment & Planning:
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. - Implementation:
Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans by our team of RBTs. - Training & Supervision:
Mentor and provide guidance to RBTs and other staff members. - Collaboration:
Work closely with families, particularly military families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. You will be assigned to caseloads as needed within the service areas.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Must travel at least 25% monthly—one (1) week per month to provide in‑person supervision.
- 2-5 years of experience serving as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) recommended.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- 2+ years of ABA Telehealth experience recommended.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
