• Competitive Salary:
  Earn between $85,000 - $90,000, reflecting your skills and experience.

• Assessment & Planning:
  Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implementation:
  Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans by our team of RBTs.
• Training & Supervision:
  Mentor and provide guidance to RBTs and other staff members.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with families, particularly military families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. You will be assigned to caseloads as needed within the service areas.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Must travel at least 25% monthly—one (1) week per month to provide in‑person supervision.
• 2-5 years of experience serving as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) recommended.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• 2+ years of ABA Telehealth experience recommended.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
