• Serve as a liaison to patients and families regarding the patient portal and medical record technology

• Technical School Diploma or Specialized Diploma as a Medical Assistant
• Minimum of 2 years experience interacting with patients and performing core functions of a Medical Assistant
• At least 3 years of experience in a complex health system environment or related field
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with superior customer service skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities, maintaining strict confidentiality

• Associate's Degree in Medical Assisting
• Knowledge and experience with electronic medical records and scheduling software
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Certification as a Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) in Pennsylvania
