Join our team as a Travel Business Office Manager with experience in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring smooth financial operations and administrative excellence while supporting high-quality care for our residents. Your expertise in Medicaid pending applications, billing, and financial management will help drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across our facility.

- Play a key role in Medicaid pending applications and private-pay collections
- Manage critical financial processes, including receipts, deposits, and reconciliations
- Collaborate with residents, families, staff, and government agencies to ensure seamless operations
- Partner with home office billing teams and payers to ensure prompt claim processing
- Travel as required to support LTC/skilled nursing facilities
- Assist with Medicaid Pending applications and coordinate with residents, families, and external agencies
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper segregation of duties
- Oversee billing operations, census activities, and reconciliation of Resident Trust Accounts
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards
- Manage private pay collections and financial reporting
- Serve as a resource for staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders
- Proven experience as a Business Office Manager in skilled nursing/long-term care
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting, and financial principles in a healthcare setting
- Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, private pay, and third-party billing
- Proficient in computer systems and collection processes
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
