Our team of experienced chiropractors and medical professionals is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. We are currently seeking a Remote Medical Scheduler to join our team on a part-time basis.

As a Remote Medical Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic by managing the scheduling of patient appointments. This is a remote position, meaning you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date schedules, communicating with patients to confirm appointments, and coordinating with our team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

• Schedule patient appointments using our scheduling system
• Confirm appointments with patients via phone or email
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules for all patients
• Coordinate with our team to ensure proper scheduling and patient flow
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Keep track of cancellations and reschedule appointments as needed
• Follow up with patients to confirm their next appointment
• Communicate any scheduling conflicts or issues to the appropriate team members
• Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a medical scheduling role preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate schedules
• Proficient in using scheduling software and other computer programs
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

This is a part-time contract position with flexible hours. You will have the opportunity to work remotely from your home. The contract length will be discussed during the interview process.
