Remote BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Orange

• Conduct ongoing assessments to meet the needs of patients served
• Communicate progress between supervisors, direct care staff, family members, and guardians
• Coordinate home, work, and community-based visits for observations and data analysis
• Ensure the effective implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and complete progress notes

• Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and bending
• State-specific requirements for licensure or educational background depending on location

• Experience with behavioral intervention and a strong educational emphasis on learning and developmental psychology
• Documented coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis reflected on resume or transcript
• Experience in creating training materials to improve programs for individuals served
