The US Oncology Network is looking for a Implementation Coordinator, Revenue Cycle to join our team at Texas Oncology
. This remote position will support the Revenue Cycle Department at our 3001 East President George Bush Highway Suite 100 location in Richardson, Texas. Typical work week is Monday through Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p.

Under direct supervision, responsible for supporting quality assurance and continuous improvement that ensures alignment with organizational objectives. This position will be responsible for planning, developing, and facilitating quality assurance activities to evaluate Revenue Cycle processes and procedures. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards, and US Oncology’s Shared Values.

• Develops and maintains implementation plans, status updates, and supporting documentation to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Coordinate the implementation of Revenue Cycle initiatives, including workflow changes, system enhancements, and process rollouts.
• Tracks tasks, milestones, timelines, and dependencies throughout project and implementation lifecycle.
• Serve as a primary point of coordination between Revenue Cycle and other cross‑functional partners.
