We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Associate Clinical Social Workers (ASWs) and Associate Marriage & Family Therapists (AMFTs) to join our fully remote clinical team serving clients across California.

This is a full-time outpatient role providing high-quality behavioral health services to a diverse California client population under appropriate clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care

  • Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT skills, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed approaches) under supervision.
  • Conduct psychosocial assessments at intake, annually, and as clinically indicated.
  • Develop treatment plans in collaboration with supervising clinicians and update plans in alignment with client goals and progress.
  • Provide crisis intervention services when clinically necessary with supervisory guidance.
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation within the EMR.

Care Coordination & Team Collaboration

  • Identify psychosocial barriers impacting treatment engagement and outcomes.
  • Coordinate care with internal clinical staff and external providers as appropriate.
  • Refer clients to community resources and supportive services.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and supervision.
  • Prepare concise clinical summaries emphasizing psychosocial and systemic factors.

Professional Development & Quality

  • Apply clinical social work or family systems frameworks in assessment and treatment.
  • Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and peer consultation required for licensure.
  • Integrate supervisory feedback, best practices, and continuing education into clinical work.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned to support clinical operations.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in outpatient behavioral health or community mental health settings.
  • Familiarity with Medi-Cal populations and California documentation standards.
  • Prior experience working in a collaborative, team-based clinical environment.
Requirements
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Marriage & Family Therapy (MFT).
  • Active California Associate registration (ASW or AMFT) in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
  • Ability to work under licensed clinical supervision in accordance with California BBS requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Microsoft Teams (required).
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting with strong time‑management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Commitment to ethical, client‑centered, and collaborative clinical practice.

Pay Range $30 - $35 / Hourly.
