As a Human Services Analyst Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for the planning, policy, and management of Medical Assistance programs. Your role will involve overseeing service coverage, provider requirements, and payment policies while facilitating key advisory committee and stakeholder meetings. You will serve as a primary coordinator between federal officials, managed care organizations, and advocates to ensure program requirements are met and that state and federal legislation is accurately analyzed and implemented.
Additionally, you will determine the need for automated data systems and collaborate with staff to design and launch necessary technical enhancements. As a supervisor, you will manage the daily operations of your unit by setting clear objectives, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring all work is completed accurately and on time. You will also be responsible for the professional development of your team, including overseeing training and evaluating job performance to ensure high-quality results.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:- Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with a 60‑minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part‑time up to 3 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high‑speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.

- One year as a Human Services Analyst (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Two years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs; and a bachelor’s degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes one year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.
