This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical depth, comprehensive knowledge of employee benefits, well‑established relationships with employers and the health markets, and polished client‑ready communication skills, along with the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight, demonstrate agility in handling shifting priorities and dynamic environments, collaborate across internal and external stakeholders, and uphold PBGH’s independent advisory posture.
