Contract; $30 - $60 per hour;
Remote – Washington, DC.

• Provide individual and/or group therapy in a telehealth setting, serving LGBTQ+ clients.
• Participate in free supervision sessions to support professional growth.
• Conduct assessments and maintain HIPAA‑compliant documentation.
• Deliver trauma‑informed, evidence‑based care tailored to the unique needs of LGBTQ+ individuals.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

• Master's level degree.
• Provisionally licensed in Maryland, DC, or Virginia (LGPC or LMSW/LGSW).
• Experience or strong interest in LGBTQ+ mental health.
• Comfortable with virtual therapy (Zoom, 1:1 & group).
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with EHR systems.
