Part-Time CRC II Burnout Intervention & Remote

Position Overview

Clinical Research Coordinator II (Part‑Time) at the University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ. This role works collaboratively with a multi‑site research team to implement a process intervention addressing nurse burnout, funded by a 5‑year National Institute of Nursing Research grant. Primary responsibilities include coordinating logistics at the Banner Gateway site and assisting with data collection and administrative tasks for remote sites.

• Coordinate logistics of intervention delivery and data collection for the RESTORE intervention at Banner Gateway, including working with team members and attending delivery sessions.
• Assist with data collection activities, including a repeated‑measure survey and interviews: recruit participants, track response rates, manage rewards, provide individual survey data to participants, and schedule interviews.
• Remotely support study coordination for the Pennsylvania site, including logistics of intervention delivery and data collection.
• Handle administrative tasks such as developing and maintaining operating procedures, grant reporting and compliance materials, and participating in team meetings. Mentor, train, and share knowledge with lower‑level staff and students. Navigate the Institutional Review Board approval process with oversight from supervisor.

• Project management and event logistics skills.
• Excellent communication and detail orientation.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience with intervention studies and recruiting nurses or other healthcare professionals.
• Experience with project management (degree preferred).
• At least 2 years of clinical patient interaction or clinical research experience.
• Program coordination for research studies.
• Familiarity with IRB processes, grant reporting, and REDCap surveys.
