Die Position bietet ein übertarifliches Gehalt zwischen 43.200 und 46.800 Euro jährlich, je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation sowie zahlreiche Zusatzleistungen wie einen Benzingutschein, Prämien, flexible Arbeitszeiten und Home Office Möglichkeiten. Einarbeitung in verschiedene therapeutische Konzepte wird ermöglicht, auch für Berufsanfänger.
