Mental Health Clinician; LMHC Long-Term Therapy

We’re looking for a full‑time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our Mental Health Department in Washington, with remote work available for residents of Washington or Oregon.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing evidence‑based psychosocial treatment and brief behavioral interventions. The Mental Health Department consists of 8 psychiatrists, 4 psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners, and 15 therapists.

• Current unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State.
• Resident of Washington or Oregon to qualify for remote work.
• Minimum of two years of experience treating common mental health disorders and substance abuse disorders.
• Ability to engage patients in a therapeutic relationship.

• Provide evidence‑based psychosocial treatment and brief behavioral interventions to patients.
• Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients.
• See an average of 24–28 patients per week, receiving referrals from internal psychiatrists.
• Work with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other therapists in the department.
• Remain flexible for both in‑office and remote work arrangements.

• Pay range: $71,213 – $106,820.
• $8,000 starting bonus.
• CME allowance.
• Knowledge of chronic and acute disease and how it impacts functioning preferred.
