Full‑Time (Part‑Time considered for exceptional candidates)

On‑site during onboarding and training (travel between locations may be required). All scribing is virtual via Google Meet— even when you’re at the same location as the provider. Remote work may become available based on demonstrated performance and accuracy.

$12 – $15/hour to start, with performance‑based and AI‑proficiency increases. Hospital scribing assignments pay a higher rate.

This isn’t a transcription job. Work side‑by‑side with nephrologists—documenting real patient encounters, learning real medicine, and building the clinical foundation for wherever your healthcare career takes you next.

• Document CKD clinic visits via Google Meet in real time, capturing histories, physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans in the EHR.
• Prechart dialysis notes to prepare clinicians for patient encounters.
• Supervise AI tool outputs for dialysis precharting as experience grows.
• After proof of performance, potentially scribe inpatient nephrology consults and hospital rounds.
• Collaborate with medical assistants, APPs, and other scribes; support team workflow and AI integration.

• Interest or pursuit in a healthcare career (pre‑med, pre‑PA, nursing, or related).
• Familiarity with medical terminology (training provided if needed).
• Strong typing speed and comfort with technology.
• Previous experience in a clinical setting or as a scribe is a plus but not required.
• Conscientious, disciplined, cooperative, and dependable.

Start paying $12–$15/hour (experience based). Progress to AI supervision with increased responsibility and pay, to hospital rounds with higher pay, and to remote work as a privilege earned through accuracy.

High‑performing scribes may advance to scribe lead or clinical operations roles.
