Occupational Therapist Home-Based | Flexible Schedule | 1:1 Care

Stern at Home Therapy delivers outpatient-quality care to older adults and geriatrics in the home - with 1:1 patient sessions, flexible scheduling, and real support.
Choose PRN, Full-Time salary, or our new tiered per-visit model.
No overlapping visits.
You control your schedule.
Optional shadowing before committing.
Compensation Options:
PRN:
Increased per-evaluation rate + flexible availability.
Full-Time:
Guaranteed salary or higher-tiered per-visit rate + full benefits.
Full-Time Benefits:
Medical stipend, commuter stipend, 401(k) with match, CEU support, student loan assistance, and wellness stipend.
Requirements:
Active NJ OT license + reliable transportation.
Degree from an accredited Occupational therapy program.
