Manage and maintain accurate patient schedules for healthcare services, including appointments, follow-ups, and cancellations;
Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers to coordinate scheduling and ensure timely and efficient delivery of services;
Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for appointments;
Maintain detailed records of patient schedules and update as needed;
Collaborate with other administrative and clinical team members to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of patient care;
Utilize electronic scheduling systems and other software to manage patient schedules and track progress;
Facilitate referrals and transfers to other healthcare facilities as needed;
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally;
