Pharmacist - Specialty Mail Order

Position Summary

This role is a Pharmacist for our Specialty Mail Service Pharmacy in Orlando, FL. The position follows a hybrid onsite/work-from-home model: after a 6‑week training period, approximately 15% of the time will be onsite (10–15 days per year) at 6251 Chancellor Dr, Suite 101, Orlando, FL 32809, and the remaining 85% of the time will be remote. On‑site requirements may change if business needs evolve.

Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals while leading and guiding supporting staff. Ensure accurate delivery of pharmaceutical care services, including drug therapy monitoring, patient education, drug information, and chronic disease state management for our clinical programs.

• Current Pharmacist License in good standing in the State of Florida
• Minimum six months of pharmacy experience
• Minimum six months of experience with Windows‑based applications such as Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications
• Willingness or ability to obtain additional state licenses per business need

• Licenses in other states desirable
• Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions

Bachelor's or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy

The typical pay range for this role is $50.48 – $84.62. This represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary. The actual base salary offer will vary based on experience, education, geography, and other factors. The position is also eligible for a bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range.
