• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Oversee implementation of ABA services and supervise BTs/RBTs
• Provide parent training and guidance with a focus on real-world application
• Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of care

• BCBA certification (BACB)
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
• Experience working with children with ASD and related needs

• Remote supervision in NY—covering the cost of acquiring a NY LBA
