We're seeking dedicated Spanish Medical Interpreters who can facilitate clear, compassionate, and accurate communication between patients and healthcare providers.

What You'll Do

As a Spanish Medical Interpreter, you will serve as a critical communication link by:

+ Providing real-time interpretation between patients, families, and healthcare professionals

+ Accurately conveying medical terminology, including anatomy, prescriptions, and procedures

+ Ensuring patients fully understand their care, treatment plans, and next steps

+ Maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with all privacy regulations

+ Supporting both verbal communication and occasional written translations

+ Delivering high-quality interpretation in a fast-paced healthcare environment

What We're Looking For

+ Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)

+ 2+ years of medical interpretation experience

+ Strong understanding of medical terminology

+ Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting

Required Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Completion of a medical interpretation competency test

+ Ability to obtain one of the following certifications within 2 years (if not already obtained):

+ Certified Medical Interpreter (CMI)

+ Certified Healthcare Interpreter (CHI)

Schedule & Work Environment

+ 100% Remote (Must reside in Colorado)

+ Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $36.00/hr.
