If you’re a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with an active California license, this is your opportunity to build a flexible, autonomous practice on your terms.##

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional virtual therapy sessions tailored to each client’s goals
* Complete EHR documentation within 48 hours
* Maintain current schedule availability and licensure status
* Collaborate with the CEREVITY care team as needed## Qualifications
* Active, unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license from the California BBS (associates/provisionals not accepted)
* Minimum 1 year post-licensure experience
* Availability for 5–20 sessions per week
* Comfortable with EHR systems, video platforms, and digital tools
* Preferred:

Experience with high-achievers navigating anxiety, burnout, career transitions, or relationship dynamics##
