Behavioral Health Licensed Psychologist; BCBA‑D - Work from home

Job Summary

This position is responsible for oversight of clinical reviews for applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. It serves as a subject matter expert and consultant within the behavioral health clinical team on autism spectrum disorder cases and ABA services. The role conducts and documents peer‑to‑peer reviews with external ABA providers, consults on ABA cases reviewed by appeals staff, develops and/or oversees team training, and presents data and reporting to behavioral health leadership.

• Licensed as a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) or Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)
• Certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA‑D)
• Valid, current license in good standing in the state of operations
• 3 years BCBA‑D clinical experience in conducting/supervising ABA treatment
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Analytical and decision‑making skills
• Proficient PC and database experience

• Utilization Review experience
• Managed care experience
• Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting or behavioral health private practice and/or behavioral health care management
