Occupational Therapist – Remote – Washington State
A Family-Centric Community Mental & Behavioral Health Care Organization Serving Children and Families. We provide integrated, multidisciplinary care—including comprehensive therapy and medication management—through individualized, group, and crisis interventions. We partner with school districts to deliver on-campus care for children and provide services for families virtually or in-person through our community partners.

This remote, school‑based Occupational Therapist role supports students across K‑12 school settings. You will work in coordination with school teams and families, supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver occupational therapy services aligned with IEPs
- Conduct assessments and implement interventions
- Develop goals and track student progress
- Complete documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration
- Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders
Services are delivered during standard school hours (typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). Scheduling aligns with student availability, offering structured caseloads and scheduling support.
Requirements- Active Washington OT license
- Active Washington ESA Occupational Therapy Certificate
- Experience with IEPs and school‑based collaboration (1 year minimum experience preferred)
- Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery, including online platforms and documentation systems
- Reliable internet connection and access to appropriate technology for virtual service delivery
- Rate: $55–$60 per hour – paid for documentation, IEP meetings, assessments, and progress reporting at the same hourly rate
- Paid for no‑shows and late cancellations
- Completed sessions include an additional 10% to account for session documentation time
- 15 minutes extra added to your first session for each new student added to your caseload for IEP review and scheduling time
- Flexible employment options, including 1099 or W2, based on your preference
- Paid training ($20/hour), including HR onboarding, platform training, and school‑specific training
- Clear expectations – Defined workflows and documentation standards
- Real support – Dedicated Service Manager who advocates for you with schools and supports you day‑to‑day, along with structured onboarding and consistent, responsive communication
