Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls from patients, providers, and insurance companies;
Accurately enter and update patient information in the electronic medical record system;
Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients;
Schedule appointments and provide appointment reminders to patients;
Respond to patient inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns;
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient patient care;
Follow all HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
