Summary

The Provider Publication/Communication Lead is responsible for planning, developing, and managing provider-facing publications and communications that support Medicaid program operations, provider education, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. This role serves as the primary liaison for provider communications, ensuring all published materials are accurate, timely, consistent, and aligned with client and organizational requirements.

Your role in our mission
  • Develop, review, and publish provider-facing materials, including newsletters, bulletins, alerts, policy updates, and educational resources.
  • Coordinate with business partners, subject matter experts, compliance teams, and client stakeholders to ensure publication accuracy and consistency.
  • Translate complex healthcare policies, operational changes, and regulatory requirements into clear and actionable communications for providers.
  • Manage publication schedules, communication calendars, and approval workflows to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Support provider outreach and education initiatives through written communications, presentations, webinars, and training materials.
What we're looking for
  • 5+ years of experience in communications, publications, provider relations, healthcare operations, Medicaid programs, or a related healthcare environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience developing and managing provider-facing publications, communication campaigns, or educational content.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, healthcare policy, provider services, managed care, or healthcare administration.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
What you should expect in this role
  • Serve as the lead resource for provider publications and communication strategies supporting Medicaid and healthcare programs.
  • Collaborate with client teams, provider relations staff, operations leaders, compliance teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple publication cycles, communication initiatives, and high-visibility deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive provider awareness and engagement through effective communication, education, and outreach efforts.

The pay range for this position is $48,300 - $69,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
