Compensation and Bonus Structure

• Total Compensation Package from $80,000 to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees.
• Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.
• BCBA’s become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.

• Monthly Performance Bonuses:
  Bonuses are uncapped.
• Sign On Bonus:
  Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
• Mentorship Bonuses:
  Provide supervision hours and earn bonus pay.
• Certification Bonuses:
  Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.
• Relocation Packages available.

• Remote Work Benefit:
  Up to 3 work from home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment related work from home days per year.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, daytime hours.
• Almost 30 days off in Year One:
  Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.
• Manageable Caseloads:
  Support up to 8 children.
• No Non-Compete Clauses.

• Clinical Guidance:
  Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team.

  Education:
  
  Minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.
