BCBA Position – Action Behavior Centers

We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to develop clinically sound treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to achieve measurable progress for children.

• Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent, high-quality care.
• Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.

• Base salary $84,500 to $119,000 annually.
• Monthly performance bonuses (unrestricted).
• Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000.
• Mentorship and certification bonuses based on training outcomes.
• Long‑term ownership eligibility upon promotion to Sr. BCBA.
