Astrana Health is seeking a Risk Adjustment Coding Specialist to support IPAs nationwide. This role involves conducting chart reviews, identifying coding gaps, and educating providers. A successful candidate will have 3-5 years of risk adjustment experience and be certified as a CPC and CRC.
This is a full-time, remote position with a compensation range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills and strong Microsoft Excel proficiency.
