Center Well Pharmacy is seeking a Senior Consultative Pharmacist to provide expert medication therapy consultation. This role involves advising patients and providers, adjusting care plans, and ensuring accurate medication usage.
Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, an active pharmacy license in relevant states, and preferably 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy environment. This position is fully remote with a pay range of $115,200 – $158,400 per year and eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.
