Als Praktikant:in AVOR / Projektleitung übernimmst du abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben. Du unterstützt die Projektleitung, Du führst selbstständig kleinere Projekte von der Massaufnahme bis zur Abrechnung und trägst Verantwortung für Termine, Kosten und unsere Qualitätsstandards.
Das ist Dein Raum für Entwicklung.
Das zeichnet Dich aus- abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Schreiner:in EFZ, Zeichner:in Innenausbau EFZ oder fundierte, praxisbezogene Erfahrungen in der gleichen oder ähnlichen Branche
- gute Kenntnisse im Bereich CAD
- klare, respektvolle und lösungsorientierte Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stellen
- Innovatives und kostenorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- breites technisches Grundwissen in Materialkund, Konstruktionen und Montagetechniken von Vorteil
- Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch- und / oder Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Eine angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre in einem kleinen, motivierten Team
- Ein herausforderndes, sinnvolles und abwechslungsreiches Arbeitsgebiet mit Verantwortung
- Gleitzeitarbeitszeit + 1 Tag Home-Office
- Gute Verkehrsanbindung / gratis Parkplatz
- Unterstützung bei Weiterbildung und Laufbahnentwicklung
