Tru Health Advisors is hiring multiple Solution Advisor 1 and 2's to play a vital role in assisting Medicare-eligible beneficiaries with qualifying and understanding their health insurance options. Agents are responsible for consulting with clients, assessing their needs, providing guidance on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, ancillary products and enrolling them in appropriate coverage.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting needs assessments via phone.
• Educating clients on plan benefits, costs, and coverage options.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Medicare guidelines and carrier products.
• Ensuring full compliance with CMS regulations and ethical sales practices.
