Compensation & Bonuses

Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $119,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees.

  • BCBA’s become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.
  • Monthly Performance Bonuses: uncapped, starting at 26 hours of treatment delivery per week.
  • Sign‑On Bonus:
    Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
  • Mentorship Bonuses:
    Earn bonus pay for supervising RBTs pursuing their Master’s in ABA.
  • Certification Bonuses:
    Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.
  • Relocation Packages available to ease transition expenses.
  • 401(k) with Company Match.
  • Remote Work Benefit:
    Up to 3 work‑from‑home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment‑related work‑from‑home days per year.
Schedule & Time Off
  • Schedule:

    Monday‑Friday, daytime hours.
  • Almost 30 days off in Year One: holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days.

    Support up to 8 children.

BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring industry‑leading clinicians such as Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri.

Continuing Education
  • 10+ free CEUs per year in‑house.

Your Role
  • Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, high‑quality care.
  • Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
  • Deliver evidence‑based therapy in a supportive, play‑focused environment.
