Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA BCBA - West Mesquite, TX

We are hiring a BCBA at Action Behavior to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children and support a small caseload. Applications are reviewed daily; most candidates receive a response within 24 hours.

• Develop treatment plans that are clinically sound and engaging.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure consistent, high‑quality care.
• Collaborate with families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth.
• Deliver evidence‑based therapy in a supportive, play‑focused environment.

• Base salary $84,500–$120,000 annually (depending on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and trainee supervision).
• Uncapped monthly performance bonuses and mentorship bonuses for supervising RBTs.
• Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
• Certification bonuses for each therapist certified under your supervision.
