We have a position for passionate, dedicated, energetic Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants with a strong background in pediatric occupational therapy to join our team for the  school year and continuing for future years. Your commitment to delivering excellent quality work, combined with our collaborative and supportive environment, will help us make a lasting impact on the lives of children in our community.

• Collaborate with school staff and Individualized Education Program (IEP) teams to develop individualized treatment plans and goals for students
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities (not applicable to Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant)
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, addressing areas such as sensory integration, fine motor skills, visual-motor coordination, and self-care
• Adapt classroom environments, materials, and equipment to promote accessibility and facilitate student participation
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, special education staff, parents, and other professionals involved in the students’ care
• Document student progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information according to agency and school guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of appropriate goals and accommodations for students
• Stay up to date on current research, evidence based practices, and relevant policies in school-based occupational therapy

• State of Arizona OT License (Required)
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
• Pediatric experience preferred (fieldwork experience is acceptable)
