Occupational Therapy Assistant – Reliant Rehabilitation (Full Time, Attleboro, Massachusetts)

Provides occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, delivering high‑quality care, supporting patients’ functional independence, and maintaining compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. Remote work may be available.

• Support patients in improving functional abilities and independence under the direction of an OT.
• Provide ongoing therapy and supervise Rehab Technicians as needed.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and coordinate case management activities.
• Contribute to the development and success of the OT assistant program.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay current on occupational therapy developments.
• Apply appropriate billing practices and treatment delivery models to meet clinical and regulatory standards.
• Follow infection control and environmental safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively and document in English.

• Graduated from an ACOTE‑accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant state license.
