Compensation: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Home Is Where The Heart Is Home Care, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/STNA/CAREGIVER for our clients. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct client care and assistance with daily activities to support their independence and well-being. This is a part time position with possibility of full time as new clients come on. Competitive hourly pay and weekly direct deposit.

• Act quickly and responsibly in case of emergency
• Provide direct client care, including assistance with activities of daily living, medication reminders, transportation, companionship, and home exercise.
• Assist with personal grooming and hygiene tasks, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Laundry, light cleaning, and cooking.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of client care and progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare team members, and management.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures of the company.

• Ability to perform all essential job functions, take pride in high quality care, and experience with hoyer lift and other in‑home care equipment.
• CNA/STNA certification desired, but not needed.
• Experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient attitude towards clients.
• Willing to take drug test and background check.
• Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance.
