Overview
Comprehensive Autism Center (CAC) is hiring Behavior Therapists (BT) to train and become Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). We provide center-based and home-based services in Southern California and are looking for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.

- Provide one‑on‑one, behaviorally‑based therapy to children with autism and developmental delays in center‑based and home‑based settings.

- Participate in online and hands‑on training, receiving mentorship from experienced BCBAs.
- Use hand‑held technology for real‑time data collection.
- Work part‑time (up to 29 hours per week) with potential to transition to full‑time.
- Strong commitment to working with CAC and the families served.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Entry‑level position with willingness to learn and grow.
- Reliable transportation to commute to both center‑based and home‑based locations.
- Clear background checks (fingerprint and FBI/DOJ).
- Proof of TB clearance.
- Experience working with children (required).
