• Total Compensation Package: $84,500 to $120,000 annually, with opportunities to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees.
• Consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.

• Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped, rewarding impact immediately.
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.
• Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising an RBT pursuing a Master’s in ABA.
• Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.
• Relocation Package: Available to ease transition expenses.

• Remote Work: Up to 3 remote days per month, plus up to 16 assessment-related work-from-home days per year.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday daytime hours.

• Caseload: Up to 8 children, ensuring manageable workload.
• No Non-Compete Clauses.

• Progression Path: BCBA → Sr. BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → Sr. Clinical Director → Group Clinical Director → Regional Clinical Director.
• Training & Development: Participate in evidence-based ABA practice training.
• Research & Innovation: Collaborate on advancing treatment outcomes.
• Clinical Guidance: Supported by a Clinical Advisory Board of leading clinicians.

Pay Range: $84,500 – $120,000 per year.
