Job Overview
The Senior Manager, Clinical Pharmacy
- Procurement is the enterprise leader responsible for setting and executing the pharmacy procurement strategy across all pharmacy service lines. This role provides strategic and operational oversight of medication purchasing, contracting alignment, inventory optimization, and procurement-related compliance for the health system’s pharmacy enterprise. The position is remote and open to candidates residing in the following states:
- Alaska
- Washington
- Montana
- Oregon
- California
- Texas
- New Mexico
- Define and execute the pharmacy procurement strategy across all service lines.
- Provide strategic and operational oversight of medication purchasing and contracting alignment.
- Ensure inventory optimization and procurement-related compliance for the health system’s pharmacy enterprise.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
- Upon hire:
Pharmacist License for the state in which you reside. - 7 years progressive pharmacy leadership experience, including procurement, purchasing, or supply chain oversight.
- Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- PharmD:
Pharmacy. - Experience in enterprise or multi‑site health system pharmacy operations; experience across multiple pharmacy service lines (acute, ambulatory, specialty, retail).
