Overview
Located in Waltham, MA, we are adding a Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician to our team. The role is under the supervision of a Pharmacist and focuses on ensuring correct and safe dispensing of prescription medications.
Responsibilities- Pick medication orders
- Pack and ship orders
- Complete patient pick‑ups
- Perform other pharmacy tasks to maintain accuracy and patient satisfaction
- Current and valid State of MA Pharmacy Technician License preferred; an active MA Pharmacy Technician Trainee license is acceptable with a requirement to obtain an MA Pharmacy Technician State license within 12 months.
- Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license a plus
- Minimum 1 year experience as a fulfillment pharmacy technician preferred; experience in specialty or mail‑order pharmacy a plus.
- Strong customer service skills
- Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Full‑time availability during normal business hours (8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday‑Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays). Option to work a 4‑day 10‑hour shift or a 5‑day 8‑hour shift.
- After training, must be able to work 1 to 2 Saturdays per month with a weekday off.
Hourly rate of $17.75 to $25 depending on experience and location. Eligible for an annual bonus plan.
