Job Summary

As a Quality Improvement Manager, you’ll bring precision, confidence, and dedication to every task. You’ll oversee quality improvement initiatives across the organization, analyze data, and work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure care meets the highest standards. You’ll help identify opportunities for improvement and guide staff in achieving quality outcomes.

This position is ideal for someone who is conscientious, disciplined, and values accuracy. You’ll work in a stable, structured environment with clear responsibilities and ongoing support to grow your expertise and confidence.

Schedule

This remote position operates during standard business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with required on-site visits one day per month at each center. Your specific work schedule will be established in partnership with your supervisor.

Hourly Wage

$38.50 /hr.

Duties/Responsibilities

Develop and oversee program-wide and center-specific quality indicators.

Conduct audits of clinical documentation and care processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Collect, analyze, and assess data to support quality improvement initiatives.

Prepare routine and special reports on quality performance and outcomes.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement strategies for improving quality of care.

Educate staff on quality improvement processes and best practices.

Review and resolve quality-related concerns, providing feedback to staff for improvement.

Identify trends and recommend adjustments to systems to achieve outcomes and targets.

Participate in organizational quality initiatives and committees.

Stay current on industry standards and best practices in nursing documentation.

Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
  • Current RN License.
  • Post‑secondary education related to Nursing, Business, Social Services, or Healthcare.
  • One year of experience in healthcare quality improvement/management.
  • One year of experience working with the frail and elderly population.
Requirements
  • Requires valid State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, TB Screening
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
  • Must function independently, maintain confidentiality, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with personnel, visitors, government agencies/personnel, etc., under all conditions/circumstances.
  • Must be able to relate to and work with ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and sometimes hostile people within the facility.
  • Is subject to lifting, carrying, and supporting participants.
