- Part-Time/Temporary Position – This position is a part time/temporary position and DOES NOT include health or medical benefits. Hours for this position will not exceed 938 per calendar year.
- Pay Considerations – The hourly pay for this position is $60.00.
- Work Schedule – Hours may vary, will be determined.
Under general supervision, provides mobile crisis intervention services for individuals and family members by responding to emergency calls through the 911 system on a Crisis Response Team from an ambulance; provides on-scene crisis intervention, de-escalation, direct clinical services, program development, policy implementation, community and home-based services, and behavioral and human services to mentally ill, mentally disabled.
This position is grant funded, and the length of assignment is dependent on funding availability.
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in counseling, and family therapy, psychology, social work or closely related academic field.
- An equivalent combination of education, training and clinical work experience that provides the knowledge, and skills to perform the essential functions of the position.
Current state of Nevada license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor; and licensing must be maintained as a condition of continuous employment.
