Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. The LCSW/LMSW will work with individuals and families to provide clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and counseling services for a range of mental health and behavioral issues. The LCSW/LMSW will also work with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for their clients.
Job Requirements- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools and adhering to ethical standards.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnosis skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address clients' needs, utilizing various therapeutic strategies and interventions.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to address mental health and behavioral issues.
- Provide immediate support and intervention to clients experiencing crises or emergencies.
- Coordinate and manage clients' care, including connecting them with necessary resources and services.
- Work with other healthcare professionals and agencies to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Advocate for clients' rights and needs.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Familiarity with local and regional resources for mental health and substance abuse treatment.
- Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited program.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
- 3+ years of experience in clinical social work.
