Telemedicine Licensed Clinical Psychologist (Contract)

Remote, contractor starting at 5 hours per week, based in the United States.

• Conduct psychological and psychosocial assessments and develop personalized interdisciplinary treatment plans.
• Lead the psychological and psychosocial aspects of treatment for assigned patients.
• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy for alcohol use disorder, depression, anxiety, and trauma primarily in older populations (65+).
• Coordinate care among the interdisciplinary team and externally with other care providers and care managers.
• Attend weekly rounds and/or team meetings.
• Monitor health outcomes and use data to inform treatment and discharge plans.
• Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention as needed, escalating patient safety issues in accordance with company and professional standards.
• Manage patient appointments according to company, medical, and insurance requirements.
• May facilitate psycho educational or psychotherapy groups.
• Conduct all clinical services in accordance with industry best practices and Ria Health clinical guidance.
• Willingness to enter into a collaboration agreement with certified alcohol counselors for consultation on shared cases.

• Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or equivalent) with PSYPACT authority or eligibility to obtain PSYPACT for telepsychology, including
  
  E.Passport Certificate from ASPPB.
• 3–5 years of experience delivering evidence-based psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, and alcohol use disorder.
• Experience treating individuals age 65 and older and individuals with behavioral and medical conditions.
• Experience with Medicaid recipients preferred.
• Technology‑savvy and experienced with service apps such as Athenanet and Zoom.
• Team player, maintains professionalism with members and team.
• People‑oriented, relationship‑focused; experience with telehealth desirable.
• Secure private office with professional background, proper lighting, and high‑speed internet for video appointments.
• Acknowledgment of work involving Protected Health Information and agreement to abide by all company privacy policies.
• Agreement to work within Ria Health policies:
  Information Security, Acceptable Use, Remote Work/Teleworking, and Monitoring & Recording policies; violations may result in discipline or termination.
