Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated Pharmacy Network Lead to join our team s role is crucial for identifying new pharmacy and referral capture expansion opportunities for new and existing customers along with aiding in the conversion of new customers contract pharmacies onto contracts that enable Pharma Force to act as the TPA. This is a sales/commission based internal role.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
- Expand existing and new customer contract pharmacy networks.
- Work with the sales team to identify and create analysis of pharmacy expansion opportunities.
- Create and present a ROI of projected savings for pharmacy expansions.
- Regularly check existing customers NPI lists for new pharmacy expansion opportunities.
- Demo the Pharma Force application to Pharmacy prospects.
- Coordinate the contractual paperwork required for Contract Pharmacies to transition to Pharma Force.
- Demo and sell the complete offering of Referrals+ software and services to existing clients and prospects.
- Maintain accurate activity and opportunity data in CRM.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications
Required
- Ability to work collaboratively with in a cross-functional team environment.
- One to three years of applicable job experience.
- Experience working with a CRM such as Salesforce.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and explain healthcare software solutions.
Preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, healthcare or related field.
- Knowledge of the 340B program is a plus.
- Strong presentation and product demo skills.
- Manage sales pipeline and close opportunities in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Be able to explain and present the ROI of the solution to both Covered Entities and Pharmacies.
- Work well with many third parties such as Consultants, Pharmacy Chains and Independent Pharmacies.
- Work well with Pharma Force Outside Sales, Implementation and Account Management Teams
- Have strong communication and presentation skills to achieve the pharmacy expansion sales targets.
