Sales Representative - Las Vegas - Emergency Care; Hospital

Job Overview

As a Sales Representative at Stryker, you will promote and sell our Emergency Care products, focusing on Hospital Emergency Care solutions to healthcare providers. Your role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, negotiating pricing, and managing orders seamlessly while staying informed on industry trends and regulatory changes.

• Promote and sell Stryker Emergency Care Hospital products to meet customers’ needs.
• Achieve assigned quotas by taking a consultative approach to Hospital sales, marketing, and clinical demonstrations of all related products and programs.
• Serve as the resident Hospital/Patient Resuscitation and Treatment (PRT) expert, working with nurses, medical directors, and administrators.
• Demonstrate teamwork, empowerment, problem‑solving, honesty, and integrity to provide a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
• Commit to on‑time, complete, and error‑free shipments while taking pride in cost reduction.
• Maintain experience with reports, budgeting, customer service, and project management.
• Possess basic knowledge of market research, new product introduction, P&L management, and field testing.

• High school diploma and 5+ years of professional sales or clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence with a good driving record.
• Capability to lift equipment up to 75 pounds and perform tasks involving stooping, kneeling, crouching, and bending.
• Strong visual and auditory discrimination, reading ability, and memory retention skills.

• This role is 100% commission and is eligible for bonuses and benefits.
• Travel requirement: 40%.
• Physical demands include moving and setting up equipment weighing up to 75 pounds and handling various materials such as nylon, Velcro, and coated products.
