Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Type: Direct Hire
Location: Gwinnett County, GA
Pay: $70.00 per hour
Schedule: Approximately 15 hours per week Monday through Friday (Occasional weekends based on client needs)
Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities through home-based, in-person, and telehealth services. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a meaningful impact while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary professionals to develop individualized treatment plans that promote client success.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Provide direct ABA therapy using evidence-based behavioral interventions.
Collect, analyze, and interpret client data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
Provide parent and caregiver training to support treatment goals outside of therapy sessions.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Stay current on best practices, research, and ethical standards within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the organization's ongoing needs.
Travel between client locations
Qualifications & Requirements
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior intervention strategies, and data-driven decision making.
Understanding of special education laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
