TEKsystems is seeking a Fully Remote Medical Healthcare Customer Service Representative to assist in resolving patient account inquiries and issues. Candidates must possess strong medical billing knowledge and excellent customer service skills. Duties include training new hires and addressing billing inquiries with patients.
Work hours are Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM EST. Pay ranges from $17.00 - $19.00/hr, with benefits including medical, dental, retirement plans, and more.
