Henry J Austin Health Center in Trenton, NJ, is looking for a Patient Representative to manage patient inquiries and registration. Responsibilities include answering medical service requests, collecting patient information, and maintaining efficient operations in our Call Center.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills and a high school diploma and may also have a two-year college degree. Knowledge of medical services software is advantageous, and bi-lingual skills in Spanish are preferred.
