Position: Customer Success Manager
Location: Remote/Travel Role (Travel Commitment: Up to 50%)

Your RoleAs a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Med Transcribe AI, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients. Your responsibilities will span from onboarding new users and guiding them through the platform to providing ongoing support and fostering engagement. You will ensure clinicians maximize the value of our technology, oversee integration with their EHR systems, and drive adoption across healthcare teams.
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will champion customer success while representing our brand with excellence.
Accelerate user adoption and ensure customers quickly realize the benefits of Med Transcribe AI.
Encourage consistent platform engagement and optimize utilization through strategic guidance.
Serve as a technology advocate, ensuring seamless integration within clinical workflows.
Analyze performance metrics and align success strategies with defined objectives.
Proactively monitor customer satisfaction and resolve concerns efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline product development, troubleshoot issues, and document feature requests.
Develop customer testimonials and case studies in partnership with marketing teams.
Foster strong relationships with customers through clear communication and strategic leadership.
What You BringPrevious experience in customer-facing roles (preferably within healthcare or technology).
Strong technical aptitude with a willingness to learn EHR system integrations.
Self-driven, highly organized, and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple accounts.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive problem-solver who anticipates challenges and takes initiative.
Healthcare experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Salary: $40,000-$50,000 annually
