A health service provider is seeking a Remote Medical Support Assistant to manage appointment scheduling and patient communication for the Salt Lake City VA Medical Center. Candidates must have a high school diploma, proficiency in English, and basic knowledge of medical terminology, along with at least 6 months of customer service experience. The position is primarily remote but requires the ability to work onsite if needed.
